This site (softwareparatodos.com and its related pages) is operated by SPT (Software Para Todos) to present OpenTour, our booking platform for tour operators and wholesalers. The content is informational: it is not a service contract and does not replace the commercial agreement signed when contracting the platform.
Permitted use
You may browse the site and use the contact forms for legitimate purposes related to your tour operation. You may not use the site to send malicious content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or collect information about other users.
Content ownership
The content on this site (text, screenshots, the OpenTour brand, and the SPT brand) belongs to SPT (Software Para Todos). It may not be reproduced without authorization.
Contracting the platform
Use of the OpenTour platform (admin panel, point of sale, mobile app, storefronts) is governed by the service agreement signed directly with SPT when you contract it, not by these informational site terms.
